After Completing the Training, Staff will be Able to:

• Explain the difference between the following assistive technologies: screen readers and braille translators
• Distinguish accessible from inaccessible documents
• Describe steps in the editing process for braille and a screen reader
• Format documents for braille and a screen reader
• Describe images, diagrams, and tables
• Explain ABBYY processing (OCR Scanning & Checking)
