• Using their own software for training
• Need to create a very customized training
• They can fix low-hanging issues as they learn about accessibility
• They can't drop everything and work on accessibility
• Note that they are not working for you
• Regular development and adding accessibility can be very challenging
• Biggest problem: establishing dialog between designers and developers
• Bringing the responsible parties together is very difficult if it is not supported by the leadership
• Short-term goal: fix as many accessibility bugs as they can
• Long-term goal: transfer the knowledge and expertise to design with accessibility in mind
