ATAC: Weighting Courses by Difficulty

Same bar chart of courses accommodated from before, but how intensive the courses are to accommodate used instead of straight course numbers for each semester. The result is an exponential growth of work required where Fall of 2018 requires almost 4 times the amout of staff time.
