• Offered since 2015 through the College of Applied Health Sciences at the University of Illinois
• Professional certificate program for undergraduate, graduate, degree or non-degree seeking students
• 2015 Leadership in Diversity Award, University Professional and Continuing Education Association
• Cohort-based model
  • new cohort beginning each Fall in mid October
  • third cohort currently underway
• 3 Consecutive, 8-week fully online courses (2 credit hours each)
• Students must pass each course with a B or higher to complete the certificate program
• Passing grade in the previous course is required to enroll in the next course in the sequence
