Body Image and Weight
So far in this lesson we've talked only about your actual weight. But we also have a picture of our own bodies and what our own bodies look like called our body image, and this picture could be accurate or inaccurate. It could be positive or negative. And ultimately we want to have a healthy body image, and we get that by accepting our bodies the way they are, regardless of our weight, and also by focusing on healthy choices and not on how much we weigh or what the scale says.
